Ben is a specialist ACC and Employment lawyer. He works across a wide range of ACC medico-legal issues, employment matters and general civil litigation. He helps clients with ACC reviews and Court appeals as well as Employment Relations Authority and Employment Court matters. He has experience in the District and High Courts. He also has experience with the Privacy, and Health and Disability Commissions.
